Privacy Policy

When you create a CoinExa account and use the platform we collect:

• Account information: email address, full name, password hash, profile avatar.
• Technical information: IP address, browser user-agent, device type, approximate location.
• Usage data: tasks completed, offerwall events, ExA points earned, withdrawals, login timestamps.
• Communications: messages you send to support.

• Operate the platform, calculate ExA balances and the weekly leaderboard.
• Prevent fraud, multi-accounting, VPN/proxy abuse and other prohibited behavior.
• Process prize payouts and withdrawals.
• Improve features and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Send service-related emails (account, security, payouts).

Tasks and surveys are provided by independent offerwall partners: CPX Research, BitcoTasks, TimeWall, Monlix and OfferMe. When you interact with an offer, limited data (such as a user identifier, IP address and offer completion event) is shared with the relevant partner so they can credit your reward. Each partner operates under its own privacy policy and you should review them before participating.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage and detect fraud. You can clear these at any time through your browser, but parts of CoinExa may stop working correctly.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we keep the minimum data required for fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance for up to 24 months and then permanently delete it.

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent and close your account.

Passwords are hashed, data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access to production systems is restricted. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
