Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account on CoinExa. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One person, one account. Sharing, selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.

• Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts or using stolen identities.
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots or any automation to complete tasks.
• Submitting fraudulent task completions or attempting to manipulate the leaderboard.
• Abusing referrals (self-referrals, fake referrals).
• Any attempt to exploit bugs in the platform or its offerwall partners.

Violations result in immediate forfeiture of ExA balance and permanent account ban.

• The top 5 players on the weekly leaderboard receive a USD prize.
• Prize tier: 1st $5 · 2nd $3 · 3rd $2 · 4th $1 · 5th $0.50.
• The weekly cycle closes every Sunday at 00:00 UTC.
• Prizes are credited to your CoinExa balance and may be withdrawn under section 5.
• CoinExa administrators have the final decision on rankings, eligibility and prize distribution. Suspicious accounts may be excluded without notice.

• A minimum balance is required to request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed manually and may take several business days.
• We may request identity verification before paying out larger amounts.
• Withdrawals to accounts flagged for fraud will be cancelled.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, harmed other users, or threatened the integrity of the platform. You may close your account at any time from the profile page.

CoinExa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prizes, offerwalls or third-party partners will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinExa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoinExa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
